Usage Instructions:
- To fill, turn the tank upside down and remove the threaded end cap. Fill the outer portion of the tank (avoid getting e-liquid into the center airflow tube) and then screw the end cap back onto the tank tightly. You can now turn it rightside up and check for leaks before using.
- Gurgling or Leaking can occur if liquid gets into the center airflow tube. To clear this liquid and improve performance remove the tank from the battery and blow through the mouthpiece into a paper towel. The excess liquid will come out of the threaded end of the device. If this happens often you may need to check that all connections are screwed down tightly or replace the head and wick assembly with a new one.
- The head and wick assembly will sometimes loosen itself when the threaed end cap is unscrewed. Always check that it is pushed into the bottom cap tightly tightly before screwing the cap back on. Not doing so could result in a leaking or non-working device.
- You should never run the tank completely dry. Doing so could result in a burnt or damaged wick and can cause leaking. Refill the tank when there's approximately 1/4 left in the tank.

Impressive
I am very impressed with the performance of the Aspire BDC, it's way better than the Smoktech BCC. It has vapor and flavour that's almost (and sometimes better) than Boge cartos, but maybe slightly less throat hit. I did notice that some of my 40% VG liquid can't wick fast enough if chain vaping at high power, and you get a slight rubbery taste which goes away after some unpowered draws. This didn't happen with my 20% VG liquid. YMMV. Seems to be optimal at around 4V for vapor/flavour, though that will depend on your liquid and PG/VG ratio. AFAIK you can't crank this up to the power levels you can with a carto, it just won't wick fast enough. But there's a sweet spot which will give you a smooth, pleasant vape, and a very CLEAN flavour. If you want to discover the "taste" that people don't like about cartos, try the Aspire BDC for a while and then switch back to cartos.
FWIW the coils can be soaked and doing a VERY QUICK dry burn will clean out the taste of a liquid before switching to a new one. Only dry burn quick enough to see coils glowing, you don't want to burn the cylinder of wicking material inside the "can" part. See PBusardo's review to know what I'm talking about.

Great Vaping Experience
A great tank to vape with. Pretty close to Evod with a bit less leaking into battery. It gives you a bit thicker vapour I think. Definitely a lot lot superior than any CE4/5/6 considering flavour/leaking issue/cost. Now my regular clearo beside Evod. Enjoy folks.
