Is Vaping Legal? YES!!!

VAPING IS LEGAL!

As of 1st October 2021 new vaping laws have been introduced by the federal government.

Whist all forms of Vaping in Australia ARE legal, these laws apply to all purchases or imports of vaping devices or e liquids containing Nicotine and require a prescription from a registered GP. 

These new vaping laws do not apply to any products we sell at Vapeking as all of our products are Nicotine Free as per Australian Regulation. We DO NOT require a prescription from you to purchase anything from Vapeking so it is business as usual on our end!

If you require a prescription to purchase Nicotine you should contact your GP. If for any reason they are unable to provide a prescription, you can try using Quit Clinics to obtain Nicotine Prescription.
