Aspire Pockex AIO

Aspire PockeX Pocket AIO is the perfect starting point for those looking to imitate traditional cigarette smoking. Designed to be a discreet and low-profile sub-ohm device, it is only 11.77cm tall and 1.97cm width making it a perfect All-in-One (AIO) device that fits in any pocket. The Aspire PockeX delivers a very satisfying vape, is easy to fill and one button operation makes it an ideal beginners device.

Dimensions

The Aspire PockeX has a compact size of 11.77cm by 1.97cm, which is just a little bit shorter than your average smartphone. The PockeX is one of the shortest tube-shaped pocket AIO devices. Available in Matte Black, Rose Gold (Pink), Pantone White (White) and Stainless Steel (Steel) finish.

Top Fill System

Aspire PockeX has a top-fill design which means the atomizer screws into the top portion of the drip tip instead of at the bottom tank of the device. With a 2ml liquid capacity, the top-fill design allows you to replace the atomizer without draining the tank with e-Liquid. The Aspire PockeX coil is 0.6 Ohm and is based on U-tech technology and constructed from 316L SS heating material. It is recommended to be fired at a wattage range of 18-23w and at that wattage range it ensures a deep and flavorful vapors. Aspire PockeX uses a 1500mAh battery and can get a maximum output power of 23W.

PockeX Top-Fill Instructions

  • Unscrew and remove the top cap
  • Squirt your favorite e-Liquid into the tank (Do not exceed the Max line when filling)
  • Screw the top cap to the PockeX tank

Note: When using the atomizer for the first time, make sure to let the wick soaked with e-Liquid before firing. This should take around 2-3 minutes depending on what e-Liquid was used. This will ensure your atomizer will not burn out.

FAQs

What is the best Aspire PockeX coil?

If you prefer a strong flavour and more cloud production, the 0.6 Ohm SS316L coil is a great choice for the Aspire PockeX. For those that use a high nicotine e-Liquid, the 1.2 Ohm Kanthal coil works well with the PockeX.

How long does an Aspire PockeX coil last?

Coils generally last between one to four weeks, depending on how often you vape. To ensure the longevity of your Aspire PockeX coil, make sure that the coil has been broken in properly and avoid burning out the atomiser by dry vaporising.

How often should you change your Aspire PockeX coil?

This depends on how frequently you vape. On average, an Aspire PockeX coil can last between one to four weeks. However, if you notice that your PockeX is producing a burnt taste, then you should change your coil, ensuring that the new coil is primed before first use.

What coils are compatible with Aspire PockeX?

This device is compatible with Aspire PockeX coils that come in 0.6 Ohm and 1.2 Ohm resistances. However, the PockeX can also be used with Aspire Nautilus X and Nautilus XS coils, which offer greater resistance options for mouth to lung (MTL) vapers.

    Excellent first vape

While you're still trying out vaping, you don't want to spend a lot on the vape, so this model is great

    Great Vape

Posted by Peta on 4th Jun 2018

In my opinion not for the beginner, at first I got spit back and burnt lips. Now no spit back never burns my lips. The coils are great - one of the best. This is a never fail vape. I have put a protective band on mine, yes I have broken one. I was probably 5 months into vaping before I really appreciated this vaping device. 40 years smoking - but never again.

    great but one problem

Posted by Tricia Wilson on 5th Nov 2017

Haven't been able to try it yet as the glass tank that holds the e-juice broke in the post but other then that it seems really well made and isn't too big or to small... Plus it will be easy to top up the e-juice once I get my replacement tanks and also really easy and somewhat cheap to maintain

My fave all-day AIO; hope they keep making them

Posted by jay on 24th Oct 2017

I've always had a preference for tube and smaller mods, and none has served me better than this AIO from Aspire. I've purchased a half dozen of these, giving most away, keeping two as my all-day vape.

General Build: High quality, as I've come to expect from Aspire. No leaks, solid threading, consistent coils. The tank's glass isn't very thick, but both of mine have survived a few non-flat drops. The fire buttons haven't shown any signs of sticking. Unlike some AIOs, the tank can be removed, disassembled, and washed. It's also a top-fill tank, which makes topping up fast and mess-free. None have failed in circuitry or components, despite my clumsiness.

Coils: The stock 0.6Ω U-Tech coils deliver surprisingly good flavour and always wick well, incl. >90% VG mixes. They're not the cheapest, but I haven't had a dud yet (≈15 used). They're extremely resilient to burning too: often a bad dry hit spoils a coil, but these always seem to bounce back in a couple of draws.

Vape: Aside from being flavoursome, the vape is consistent and on the warm side. I only take extended draws, and it's true the (non-standard) drip tip gets hot, but I find it manageable.

Battery: Lasts longer than any equivalent capacity I've tried, not a whole day but not far off for me. The charge speed (0.8A) could be improved.

It's not perfect, but given the price and the convenience/simplicity of an AIO, it's one I keep coming back to. The feedback I've had from new vapers I've given these to has been positive, and I reckon it's deserved.

    Mostly a Good Product

Posted by Donna Pryor on 23rd Apr 2017

I like most things about this expect one thing. It is a very fragile item. Do not drop it, it breaks very easily - keep an extra tank or 2 on hand as you will need it.
The good - Excellent vape - I was able to get a throat hit from it without the nic - I like that a lot. No leaks, but it does run through fluid a lot faster than the old tanks.

On the whole I recommend this one :)

    Burnt lips

Posted by Alistair Cowley on 31st Jan 2017

I had to modified the drip tips as they have a steel one that conducts heat in seconds and only has a little thin piece of plastic cover the metal. You can't change the tips!!. There is no spit back as with the AIO, but the AIO has an anti spit back drip tip and comes with 4 tips. you can not change the drip tip on the Aspire one!!. you can separate the tank from the battery (God knows why, it's just somewhere it could possible leak). And why are Aspire still putting the charging ports on the bloody bottom, so you can stand it in liquid I guess. The K series is the same.
Other wise its great for the price.
