This review is based on 12 months of using this mod exclusively.
Works reliably, great features and the twin battery setup lasts for days on a full recharge, even with heavy use.
I vape typically at the 10-15W range, and this gives me at least 3 days even on days off where like most of us, I vape more constantly.
Long battery life
Can pass through charge. You'll need batteries installed, but you can start vaping right away with the USB charging lead in. The unit also shows you the charging rate on screen (in amps) and shows the level of both batteries independently.
The unit balance charges both batteries, and even after 12 months of continuous use both battery pairs that I have (samsung 25R, as recommended by VK) provide reliable power. I use an external charger routinely, but charging via USB is a solid option to have.
Even with 1 year of use, the fire button has a solid and reassuring click to it.
My only gripe with this is the battery clip is eaily damaged if you're clumsy like me, and drop your mod on a hard surface. The weight of unit combined with dropping it causes the battery door clip to snap right off. What makes this surprisng and frustrating is that the rest of the unit is built incredibly well and is extremely rugged. I have broken atomisers that were torn asunder by dropping, with no damage to the mounting point at the top of the mod. Even paint chips taken off in multiple places and the unit missing a screw that fell out long ago, it still holds together well and fires each and every time.
