Warranty Information

 

Vape King aims to provide the highest quality products at all times. Electronic Cigarettes by nature are made up of consumables and replacing such consumables is part of the ongoing costs of using them. They are relatively cheap to run and keeping them well maintained will ensure the costs are even lower. 


We test all our products where possible before shipping them out to ensure you receive a fully working item upon delivery. 

Vape King will assess all warranty claims to ensure that items are not damaged through user error. We do this to ensure any items we send back to our suppliers are not knocked back for abuse.

Cartomizers, Clearomizers and Atomizers do not come with any warranty as they are considered consumable items. They are designed to be used and thrown away after a certain amount of uses. A DOA period of 24 hours upon receipt is applicable to these items so please inspect all items upon receipt.

Batteries and battery chargers have a DOA period of 14 days. Should they fail within this time frame we will gladly replace the faulty item. Joyetech batteries carry a 3 month replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

There is a strict no exchange policy on e-Liquids. We can not re-sell e-liquids once they have left our premises due to health reasons.


All other items within our store will have any guarantees listed in their product information. The Warranty period for a particular device will be listed on it's product page.

For all warranty claims, please use the Contact Us form. Alternatively, you can fill in a return request and your case will be examined.

We will require the faulty items to be sent back to us for inspection and testing. Return postage of faulty items is at the customer's expense. If a replacement is deemed to be necessary we will cover postage of the replacement item. If we find no fault with the item being returned the return postage will be at the customer's expense.
 
All Store Credit for faulty items will be for the cost of the faulty item, shipping will not be refunded.
 
A refund can be sought for products purchased in error if they are returned in their original packaging.
 
 
 

Returns Policy

  

Change of Mind Returns

 

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, VapeKing will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item is in it's original packaging and is still sealed if applicable.
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original condition.
  • The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (see below).
  • If these requirements are not satisfied VapeKing reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher or refund for change of mind returns.

Goods on which a change of mind return is not available

Vapeking will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • e-liquids
  • Flavour concetrates
  • Propylene Glycol (PG)
  • Vegetable Glycerin (VG)


These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

 

Other Returns

 

VapeKing will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and

 


VapeKing may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Kmart reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.
