Only 4 stars for a strange reason
They work great, just as well as the first version with a strange difference. Even though you can replace the glass tanks with these. When you drop them the tanks don't break, the centre post does! Snaps right off and the entire unit is then useless because you can only buy spare tanks...

First batch were rubbish - but now they are perfect
If you bought one of the first batch of ProTankII you probably had significant draw issues, screwed all the way in, the tank wouldn't draw at all and unscrewing it would leave the tank loose on the device.
The newer batches of ProTank are perfect - best vape I've ever had! Get one (or two) you won't be disappointed. I suggest getting spare bases as these have a habit of snapping off. -
Love my ProTank II
Love the ProTank II so much I had to buy II.
Love the draw and especially love the tip.
Vapes like a champ all day long.
I do like to tinker with my tanks but a lot can be said for simplicity too.
If I could only afford to get one tank, it would be one of these with the RSST running a close second. -
Excellent Quality
who doesn't want a bigger TANK?? :)i like how solid and strong this are, 100 times better then my old plastic tank that broke on me 4 times from heat.
A Must Have I really do Recommended. -
My favourite tank
The one main issue I had with the protank (the lack of changeable tip) is now gone. If you're a fan of BC tanks like I am, the protank II is unbeatable. No leaks, smooth draw (I find the vapeonly BCC too tight), and easily rebuidable with a bit of kanthal and silica.

The best i have had so far
So far, I have used V3 starbust, Bcc bottomizer & Protank 2. Protank 2 certainly is the best out of the 3. New ones of any these 3 are usually good, and issues only start to pop out after being using it for a while. I am on the third week of using protank 2. So far, there is nothing wrong with it.
V3 -- Nice warm & tight taste. However, a major issue my friends & I are experience is the leaking. First, the plastic tube often come off accidently, which results in the whole tank of liquid wetting my pocket. Second, liquid often pools on the battery end. Constant cleaning is required.
I then tried Bcc Bottomizer. The draw is a bit airy. But the tube does not come off (thank god for that). But the pooling still happens. Another major issue is, the coil lasts only 3 days (I have gone through 4 coils, the average among them is 3-day). After 3 days, the liquid pools very quickly along with every single draw and it effectively became useless and the burning taste is horrible. Another note is you need to lower down the voltage, otherwise even for a brand new coil, the burning taste is really bad. (You'd definitely need a variable voltage battery).
Then I moved on to Protank 2. It is really a great product. Apart from the taste is a bit airy (some says, you can tighten it by blocking the air hole at the bottom using wax. I have tried, it is true, but I am really not that bothered.), all other issues seems to be all fixed up.
the plastic/glass tube is clipped in the middle by 2 metal plates screwed together. There is no way that baby could accidently come off.
I am still using my first coil, it has lasted more than 3 weeks.
I still have the habit of regularly unscrewing my battery to check any liquid depositing there. But it is always very dry & clean. I am quite impressed.
I put the voltage back to my max 4.8 with 1.8ohm coil. There is no burning taste that I can detect.
Also when refilling, with bcc bottomizer, there is always one drop of liquid come out of the mouth pit at the start. (I suspect it is due to air pressure or something). Protank 2 seems have no such issue.
another side note is that, this thing is very heavy comparing to all other ones. -
Hard to fault
The Protank 2 is so much better than the original. It produces huge clouds of vapor and dissembles for cleaning. Awesome!

Not bad, highly recommended
Used with a K100 Telescopic Mechanical Mod. Works great, a bit of an issue with finding the sweet spot attaching the telescopic mod - too tight meant no draw at all, and too loose made it feel a bit flimsy.

great tank
If you like the original protank you'll like this one. Same nice smooth draw and easy maintenence as the original. Now you can change drip tips with this one but the one that came with it looks good and is comfortable. Great value for money.
