Innokin Coolfire Mini/Ace Mod

As I’m new to the vaping scene, I’ve got next to no experience or knowledge of products, good or bad, so when my best mate gave me a crack at his Innoken Coolfire mini, I was instantly impressed. Then, as I learned more about the vape technology I decided to invest in one myself. I wanted one like his because I could understand it and use it with no trouble. I left my run a little late so when I placed my order of 2 , I could only get pink, which was great for the wife but disappointing for me as I wanted purple. However I would have taken any colour, as I was an instant vaper. The product is simple to use and easy to carry. It’s as sturdy as a front row foreward. The only thing that I WAS disappointed with was that it didn’t come with a tank/atomisers, which meant I couldn’t vape straight away. Had the staff suggested I buy a couple I would have done so with no hesitation. The ability to up -sell is a skill that can make their employer a greater income and ensure their usefulness to the company. I’m definitely disappointed that I wasn’t told that there wasn’t a tank in the kit, as being a beginner I had no idea what it was I was getting. And being the Easter long weekend I had to wait 5 days till I could vape. This oversight has cost the company 2 tanks and associated paraphernalia which if I bought now would make them too expensive having no reached the minimum for free delivery. So to put it in a nutshell: product satisfaction is very high but unfortunately customer satisfaction is low. Thanks

This mod is so cool! It is tiny but has variable wattage. I run my Ammit RDA on it and it lasts for ages. Brilliant mod for mtl stealth vaping and fits easily in the palm of your hand.
