Operation:
- Once the external Power or car charger adapter is connected with the LUC charger, the system begins to self-inspect and battery inspection.
- LUC charger can change between 500mA or 1000mA current up to different size batteries. Automatically changes to 500mA when batteries is: 10440, 16340, 14500, 18350, 18500, 17500, or changes to 1000mA when battery is: 17670, 18650, 18700, 26500, 26650, 22650 batteries. CV is 4.23V.
- LCD display ‘Er’(short for Error), charger will be stopped charging automatically when battery voltage is under 2V within 5 seconds, “Er” mark on LCD screen will disappear once battery were took off.
- Charging Status: with battery voltage and the sign of capacity flickers on LCD screen. Cell fully charged: with battery voltage and the sign of capacity is marked three lines without flicker. Cells fully charged: with battery voltage and the sign of capacity is marked four lines without flicker.
- When inserting a battery with the wrong positive or negative end, LCD will shows ‘Error’ and stop charging, please insert the batteries to correct polarity.
USB output operation:
- When using usb output, the symbol will flash when the battery is nearly empty
- When usb output is on, but unloaded, it will draw about 12mA.
- Usb output turns off after about 30 seconds with a load below 30mA.
- It is not possible to turn off the usb output with the switch.
- When mains power is connected, the usb output is off. The USB Output power source comes from the installed batteries.
- Usb output is coded as Apple 1A
- Usb output will turn off when overloaded

I never review but after getting this charger I am very impressed with its quality and functionality 12v, 240v or USB charge you can even use the device to charge your phone from battery, I previously owned a nitecore charger and it was a piece of cheap shit that destroyed batteries.

You'll never need a different charger.
It's very solid, has a really nice LCD screen, shows batteries charging seperately and very accurately. Has a cut-off feature for overcharging, something that I value alot!
It will charge every type of rechargeable battery I've thrown in it!
Spend the extra $10 to get something that will fit ALL your needs, does everything it says, I can personally vouch for all features listed.
Last of all, if you're out and about and need to charge a USB device but your mod has no output. Just chuck a battery in the charger and it'll fill your mobile/tablet/etc right back up! With by the second updates on the voltage and power left in the battery.
I could write for days but I think its best summarized that everyone else that's purchased it seems to have the same experience as me.
Personally, just another win for VapeKings product choices to list. On par with their customer service. -
Works well
Overall the charger works very well. Good display, selectable charge current is handy too.
The charging springs that hold batteries are very tight for my comfort, but I assume it won't harm the battery contacts in the long run.

Solid, Fast and Small
Nice little charger that doesn't take up too much space.
Pros:
- Solid unit and well made.
- Small size that doesn't take up too much space.
- Charges my 186650 batteries very quickly. Auto Cuts off at 4.23v (fully charged). Decent Output with 0.5 and 1.0amp options
- Very well packaged/presented well.
- Stays nice and cool.
- 2 Year warranty (which I hope is avail in Aus)
Cons:
- Would have liked it even more if it also charged AA & AAA batteries but in this case not designed for them.
- Tight springs when fitting 18650's in&out but I got used to it and better having a solid connection than too loose.
Overall, its a nice small unit that works very well, look great, easy to read and charges my 18650 batteries quickly. Buy the V4 version if you plan on having lots of batteries. -
Not bad
compared to my intellicharger i2 the cut off charge seems 0.1 - 0.2 lower so it comes off the charger at 4.1v or 4.0. However charges fast and being that it doesn't charge batteries over 4.2 increases battery life.
